Ive been waiting for my parcel for over a month now. Ive received information after 1 week that they are moving to the different distribution centre so delivery will takes longer. After 2 wks Ive sent an e-mail that it should take up to 5 days. Its been over 14 and I dont know when clothes are going to be shipped. They replied that they dont know yet and I can cancel order if I wish. Its been about 4-5 wks now. I havent heard from them since. Ive order few things worth about 700 euros so at last they could send some of the items. The Company its a joke. If they know delivery takes 30-40 days they should put info on their website. Ed. Ive never received any compansation. Also in Poland Company is promoted by the wrong ppl who are involved in anty-sport skandals. I suggest to verify better ppl who you cooperate with.

I have been waiting for my parcel for 2 weeks. Of course, on the day the parcel was sent, I received information that the parcel would not be sent because the warehouse was being moved. Why was this information not provided on the store's website that the shipping time of the ordered clothes will be extended? Too bad I still haven't received any information when the parcel will be shipped or any compensation for the extended waiting time for the purchased products. I do not recommend it, if I had seen from the beginning that the waiting time would be extended, I would have approached the matter differently… I live in the Netherlands so it’s not very far from Germany…

Sadly I have to submit another review, before I had issues with items being sent to me stained, now a product from the same order is falling apart. The seam attaching the zip above the pockets on the Florence Pant is sewn with a straight seam, which is a huge mistake in sewing because a straight seam will *always* rip when used on stretchy fabric. And that's exactly what happened, it ripped. This is really disappointing because while other garments I have purchased have fantastic construction and have held up great over many months, this is an amateur botched job that should never have been put into production. I have submitted the problem to customer support but the last time I had to deal with them it took two returns to get a refund for the previous garment that came stained (twice), and it wasn't even a full refund. The leggings were worn twice, they were purchased two months ago, I've never had to deal with anything like this before with any other brand. Literally no other brand of leggings have fallen apart on me before.

Is this company a scam? I had the worst experience with them: they didn't put my address on the parcel, only the flat number and the postcode, (which according to them was my fault, even though I received a confirmation of order with the correct address on it), Parcelforce who took care of the delivery couldn't find the address and just delivered it to someone. Unable to send a proof of delivery or provide the address I then entered in contact with Oceansapart to ask them to follow up. After so many back and forth emails where I literally just asked to have either my parcel or my money back, I was told I need to check with my neighbours because the parcel has been delivered - still unable to provide any address/ name/ proof of delivery. Indeed, I checked with the neighboors around me, but nobody has seen it. The parcel was delivered 2.5 weeks ago, and to this day nobody has been able to help me. This is getting really frustrating and ridiculous. I really have the feeling I have been scamed, all I want is to receive my parcel or have my money back and I don't understand how a customer can have such a bad experience trying a company for the first time.

The items were high quality and exceeded my expectations. Shipping was fast. However, at payment no PayPal was available so i had to use a card, which is less safe. I expect I would come back to buy more items.
