Customer service is a joke and I will never buy from this brand again. The order took ages to be sent. The items were nice but I decided to send back a couple of them. The brand received my return on August 8th, on September 3rd I’m still waiting for my refund. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times et they‘ve just stopped answering. Many customers haven’t received their refunds as the brand seems to just decide to keep the money!! Don’t order from this brand Edit: of course despite what the brand has written, no one has answered neither through instagram or customer service.

This was probably the worst online shopping experience I have ever had, and I don’t even know where to start. First, they couldn’t send the order for 7 working days, and when I asked what was going on, I was told that they were moving to another warehouse (which wasn’t mentioned on the website), so I had to wait even longer. When the order finally arrived (18 days in total), it turned out that the zipper on the hoodie I ordered looked different from what it was supposed to be according to the pictures on the website (which was one of the reasons I bought it in the first place). The quality was not bad, but I still decided to return it because it just looked wrong on me. Maybe I’m too used to convenient online shopping where stores attach the return slip to the package, but in this case, I had to print it out myself. Long story short, I sent it back the day I received it, and a few days later, I received a notification that the package was delivered to the store. On June 17, I contacted them to confirm they had received the hoodie, and the manager said it was delivered on June 11. “The average processing time for a refund is 7-10 working days after the return has arrived at our warehouse,” they said, so I waited. 19 working days later, I contacted them again, asking for any information about my refund, and only after my email did they finally initiate it. I finally received my money back after what felt like ages. I don't want to buy from this store ever again. The only good thing about this store is probably the support team. They respond quickly and even gave me a small discount for having to wait so long. But that's about it.
