Worst online service in the world
Worst online service in the world! and you are robbing me! WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD; Despite multiple follow-ups since 2 months, I have not yet receive the refund for my order FR04504925 . This situation is unacceptable. I urge you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. You owe me 167 euros, and this delay is beginning to feel like a scam. and please don't come to tell me that: "Due to the current situation we need more time than usual to proceed the refunds.We assure you you will receive the money back as soon as possible." You already tell it 10 times! You are lying i just want my money back. I really don't care. Worst experience in my life. Just give me my money and less excuses

Worst customer service ever
The quality of the clothes is good. BUT: I am waiting since two months for my refund. I have sent them my IBAN more than a month ago and never received anything. I wrote 3 times to the customer service and always got the answet that I had to wait. Furthermore I cancelled 2 pieced of my order as I was waiting also for about 2 months for my order. But they they sent the items when I was on holidays and I missed the chance to sent the items back on them. The first order I sent back with one shirt came back as I forgot to write „return“ on the box and then I had to pay the hole fee again. Worst service I haver ever experienced.

Consumer protection law
Hi Ocean's Apart, Order OA891075185. After multiple issues with this order, I received an email mentioning you did not have one of the set in stock anymore, so I asked you for a refund, obviously... On August 15th, I received an email requesting my bank details (RIB), which I promptly provided. Today is September 13th, and I still have not received the refund!!! I was assured a full refund within 14 days. According to UK's consumer protection law, I am entitled to a prompt refund. I am extremely disappointed with the company's lack of response and adherence to consumer rights.
