I placed my order on 19 June. Delivery time 10–12 working days. Today is the 12th working day, and my order still hasn't even been dispatched. Customer service told me it is "being prepared for dispatch," which is frustrating considering it has apparently been in preparation for nearly two weeks.
What made the experience even worse was their refusal to cancel the order, despite it not having been shipped yet. Instead, they suggested that I refuse the parcel when it arrives, which shifts the inconvenience onto the customer. Very poor service.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. The delivery times advertised were not met, communication was unhelpful, and the proposed solution was unreasonable. I would not recommend ordering from this company if you expect your order to arrive within the stated timeframe.

Good but needs some improvements
Nice designs and colors. Comfortable. I have a lot of clothes from the company.
My two issues that don’t make the products perfect are:
1. the stomach bands are a bit too tight which makes the stomach actually look worse than better because they squeeze it so much all the fat and skin go up.
2. I had two cases where discolouring appeared on the pants.
Ordered leggings and a bra based on the size recommendation on the website, but both were much smaller than expected. I missed the 14-day return window because I was away when the parcel was delivered. Despite explaining the situation, the company refused any exception. Very disappointing customer service.

I really like the product
I really like the product. The material used are really good quality. There were some delays with one of my orders but i received it eventually. One thing that i must add is that the bottoms are great but all the tops i got are kind of tight towards the armpit area, so maybe there is way of improving the making of those.
