I recently used OffGamers to purchase a Steam Wallet card (40516373), which was advertised as being delivered instantly upon payment. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite completing the payment more than 24 hours ago, I have yet to receive the wallet code. This delay is unacceptable for a service that promises instant delivery. When I contacted their customer support, they offered two options: Cancel the order but only refund a partial amount, citing "service charges" as non-refundable. Issue store credits instead of a refund. Neither option is reasonable given that I did not receive the product I paid for in the first place. To make matters worse, when I replied to their offer, they stopped responding entirely. This experience has been highly frustrating and unprofessional. I cannot recommend OffGamers to anyone looking for a reliable platform for digital purchases. Edit: as of 17/02/2025 they have refunded the full amount

Ok it's not bad. It has been pretty efficient when it comes to quickly giving the code out for me to buy an item, but the issue is the fact that there is no items to buy. I'm currently playing a Erolab game and the only item available to purchase cost 300+ dollars above what I wish to pay because everything else is out of stock for at least a week now. The notification of if the item gets restock doesn't work either as I had to physically check and was able to luckily get two codes before the item ran out again. Three times I have pressed that button and I have not gotten a email of an update. It is to the point I have the website on a tab just to gain hope that I can be able to get another code. Purchased gift card from them and they sent me a link to the codes of which it showed error messages. And their support is absolutely horrible. They keep recycling same message, thank you for your patience, we are looking into it, over and over again. And they communicate probably once in 3-4 days. My advice, avoid gift cards from them. Edit Yes they refunded my full amount. And have changed my ratings to 4star bcz I will keep buying PlayStation credits from them, where I have never had issues. But will still avoid gift cards as I don’t want this stress.
