If I could give 0 stars I would, wouldn’t let me pay with PayPal had to be bank transfer so trusted them. This was Xmas gift but was delivered 2 days after Christmas . They said they couldn’t refund, customer services just lied and said I would get the code in a hour everytime I spoke to them. Won’t shop here again I have been buying at G2A instead and is Instant delivery no problems, I recommend you stay away from offgamers ! Lost me as a customer will never ever buy from them again . I would have been ok if they had originally told me that there is a longer verification period for bank transfer and that the code would be a few extra days. But the lying is what has made me hate this company. But then they are from Thailand and not Europe so I suppose you pay for what you get ! Risk !

They were good I purchased from them previously but suddenly they have got unusable. They now take your money then demand copies of all your identity documents. Even ones that have nothing to do with the transaction (eg wants a copy of my credit card even when i used paypal).
