Sturdy hats
The hats were sturdy and arrived as expected. I ordered 2 child sizes and an adult size. I prefer a taller chef hat, however the pictures do reflect that they are shorter. In my opinion these chef hats look better on children's heads than adults.

Good Products and Unit Prices but Room for Improvement on Shipping
Opentip gets 5 Stars for quality of offerings and unit price but only 3 stars for shipping costs and times. I’ve ordered 2,000 poker chips twice now from them. They are fairly heavy. The only shipping option was priced high, which almost makes the discounted unit price a wash. Cheaper shipping options should be made available. Release of shipment was stalled each time too and didn’t happen until I made inquiries on the orders. They said it was a glitch. Two times? Fix the glitch. Otherwise, they sell good product at good unit prices.

I ordered 3 tie dye jackets
I ordered 3 tie dye jackets. 1 came with a broken zipper and all 3 had poor quality. The fabric is pilling and there are loose threads everywhere. Customer service was not helpful. The warranty/return period is 3 days.

ordering from opentip for 6 years & I love the ability to order many styles and brands of hats without minimums. Shipping is always very PROMPT and the very few times I have had issues with an order their customer service is 5 star too!
