Opentip.com had exactly what my company was looking for. Being able to make custom designs right from their website saved us a lot of time. The pricing is competitive, and when the products arrived the quality and craftsmanship was outstanding. I would definitely recommend using them for all of your custom apparel needs.
Great value-quality printing and products. The safety vests are great-seem to run slightly larger than normal sizing though. The aprons look fantastic! A bit odd with the "sleeves/loops" to put arms through-but actually helps them stay on better. Shipping missed my ideal date by one day so next time will order a few weeks ahead to ensure delivery
Customer service took the time and effort to reach out to me because the picture I sent to go one a shoulder bag was blurry. It was resolved by making the picture a little smaller. The bag is excellent quality at a reasonable price and perfect for the purpose I am using it for. It also has a choice of where to clip the adjustable strap for more comfort. Would recommend!!
I wa nervous ordering for the firt time with so many new sites popping up but they had stock I couldnt find at my normal wholesale manufacturer. As it turns out I ordered the wrong size - thinking I was ordering a larger size. Despite my mistake, they allowed me to return the order for a refund which was greatly greatly apppreciated. Through out the process, they were clear, prompt in all communications! Thank you!!
When looking for just the right unique and perfect accent to a French themed cocktail making class and dinner, I wanted to add special touches to the evening. The wine bottle opener, which I could personalize and purchase in bulk, was just how I pictured it. The wine openers arrived in plenty of time for the party and were a huge hit with guests. I will return to Opentip and have been a repeat customer for years.
