I love OTC
I love OTC! They have an amazing selection of unique, colorful & fun products and I’d like to mention they have excellent customer service as well. I’ve been a long time customer. Normally, it’s my”GO TO” when purchasing items for making goody bags, (every Christmas, Birthday, Valentine’s Day, Easter, graduation/ end of year party, etc.) for my son’s class and mom’s senior citizen class. Everyone always seem so pleased to receive gifts from us! Shipping is fast. It’s so convenient, thatI prefer them over the competition. I just learned that they are owned by Amazon. Thanks again to OTC!!

I love the pens and the letters s s colors are awesome!!!
The product assembly was fairly easy but the edges of the product were frayed. Also, the track itself isn't raised off the table like shown in the pictures online. Instead 40 separate wooden blocks are sent for assembler to balance the track off the table. Overall dissatisfied as the product will not stay up without having to constantly rebuild the track foundation. I'd love my money back but I already assembled the table and found this to be the case with the train tracks.

My candy arrived earlier than Han expected and it was all there. My only displeasure was one of the candies was quite a bit smaller than pictured. But the size was probably noted and I just didn’t look.
I'm in charge of the scavenger hunt program at the museum I work for. I buy the military rubber ducks in bulk from Oriental Trading Co. They are good quality, reasonably priced, and the kids love them!

Great Savings for Give Aways
Our church likes to give away holiday gifts to kiddos and OT is a great way to stay in budget. We love the holy week passport and would love more options!

Great Items
My items were shipped quickly & I was very impressed with the quality of all items. My Jesus stuffy is so cute! My personalized pens were perfect as ordered. The inspirational coins are a great item to give away at my event. I am very pleased with my purchase!
I made a purchase and was charged twice initially for one correct amount and one that was $10 more. Upon contacting you, I was then charged a third time for $31 more than the original amount. This whole fiasco prompted my card to be locked and reissued. BIG MESS. And tied up three times as much money until it was all resolved days later

All items received
All items received. Nothing broken. Candies look great!
always a pleasure to order from OT. I have had banners made from OT, where a printer would have cost 4x the amount. The only thing I wish is that they could be more customizable and fit more print, but they serve their purpose and last for years
