The sales person (I forgot his name😢) but he was great and very helpful!! I do have a purchase that I made about a year ago that stopped working after about 3 months of using it. My husband took it apart and fixed it. So, it has worked for the last 6 months. Now, it isn’t working any more. Since I now have my Rovre 4 I doubt that my husband will try to fix it. The time and due diligence I received from Todd Gordon was very appreciated . I purchased a backpack for a Simply Go Mini and he made me feel like it was a item I had paid big money for . Easy to order concentrator I wanted. Good price. Arrived on time. If you don’t purchase device through Inogen your concentrator is not compatible with inogen app. This should be cleaned up since it is the exact same product.
