Tammy was patient, thorough and knowledgeable...especially listening to my rant about THE EXTREMELY, POOR design for the battery location and extraordinary difficulty removing it. DESIGNERS TAKE NOTE: this device is used by old people who may have arthritis and reduced strength...it took two people, multiple tries, a jar opener and a pair of pliers to get the battery out.

great serv. thanks for all the help that all of u have done for me,, also will be needing a sleep apnea mach. sometime in 1st. wk. of sept . keep me posted on this . my test is at the end of aug. mercy hosp. will give me the scrip. i need one that ramps up. keep me on file

Audrey Murill was awesome to work with!! Of course, we'd done all of our research beforehand. But she was able to recommend the best unit without hesitation. Easiest purchase we've ever made. However, we have not received the unit yet but are very familiar with the brand recommended and do not expect any surprises; and if we do I'll update this post. But so far best experience ever!
