A MEW LOW ENEN FOR PADDYPOWER
A MEW LOW ENEN FOR PADDYPOWER. Today I placed a £4 bet to win at 11/8 ,it won at 2/1 ,,retention should have been £12.00 . However I received £9.50. When I queried this, was told that from 11aug 26(today) BOG only applied to bets of £5+. Yet another example if crooked, unfairness bastrds they are. I have no problem with them altering thet&Cs, but bloody inform me goodbye and good bloody riddance.

They are great at keeping a check on what people are spending and how much time. They are just looking out for people so they don't gamble more than they can afford. The staff are also so nice when you talk to them and very helpful

Im sick and tired of being robbed by this theiving bunch. All i do is deposit and pay their wages no game play with their slots its a scam the probability of you winning is 0 brings in 2 bonuses and wheel spins for third to have a win streak never happens rotten to the core. The system is a con my advice dont trust them stay far away iv closed my account as am very very angry and dissapointed that in the uk this daylight robbery scam is allowed
Too much malarky
What a dumb site sign up and it asks for your passport and a bank statement which i sent, half an hour they send an email asking for passport and bank statement. What a joke. I don't need this there are hundreds of better sites and it seems like i dodged a bullet having read the other reviews anyway.
My account is closed "business decision"
I had a pending payout for two weeks because Paddy Power’s automated customer support kept wrongly rejecting my broadband bill as a "mobile phone bill." When I challenged this obvious mistake, they immediately closed my account.Worse, they are now refusing to pay my full balance. They claim closing my account is a "business decision" and are withholding €25 of my settled winnings, only offering to return €55.Under gambling regulations, a bookmaker cannot use a commercial "business decision" to confiscate fairly won money from settled bets. It is completely unfair trading. I am launching a formal dispute with IBAS to get my remaining €25 back on principle. Unacceptable customer service.

4th day now I have played on oddly all it’s been empty spins all the way through land scatters that don’t even pay 1x it’s starting to be more than just unlucky 4 days straight over 25 scatters every single one empty paying no more than 5-10x honestly had worst experience playing with paddy now this site used to be good but since my account uo down time has gone into profit it’s been nothing but bad gaming all the way through every scatter pays under the original staked amount or pays above by £1-£4 never any real RTP since my account was in profit I have lots of images and videos of all the empty scatters and gameplay
