7 team accumulator 6 won the other was abandoned at half time though I would get a 6 team pay out but no they say half time result stands which was 3 nil I wanted 4 goals in 90 mins. Strange

Worst online website for gambling. Other site let you win time to time but paddy power just taking your money and their promotions are absolutely useless. I never ever ever playing in there .more than 100 grand I played and im so disappointed with them .

Absolute jokers
Absolute jokers, had my account hacked over £700 taken from my bank, and its not there fault, eventually credited my account with 720 pound oknly to block me because they needed banking details yeh right so my account is showing 720 but they will not let me withdraw, people stay well clear from these thiefs.

Please Bet Lots
Paddy Power say that they do not encourage too much gambling but they do. I normally bet every day and paddy power have given best odds guaranteed on my bets. They have just altered their terms so that you need to bet £5 a day to get best odds guaranteed. If that’s not encouraging people to bet more , I don’t know what is! I hardly ever bet more than a quid. I do not believe it when they say that they aren’t in favour of people betting more , after all it’s in their interest to encourage heavier gambling.

I placed 5 bets during the week all l63s costing £12.60. After 5 days my £5 wasn't credited. When I question this I was told that because one of my horses was a Non Runner the £5 became invalid. I thought that a bit harsh. I contacted their customer service team who said that provided my bet on Saturday qualified they would credit my account. The bet on Saturday qualified and they manually credited my account with free £5 bet. I appreciate its only £5 but what great servi e. I wish all other organisations took that pragmatic approach. No win ratio
What ever went right. The Winning ratios on paddys slot games are 0/0. My stake in slots sit at £6,940 my RETURNS stand at £3,211 In a 1 month period make it, make sense from February my chat has only dropped. And winnings have never reached past £200 on £5 spins No fun involved in this company just constant robbery. The chat help ai section ill not even start on that as usless as it was in helping. It was certainly more helpfull than any agents.

I had a issue with money taken from my account for a bet that I did not put on .the gentleman dealing with my issue was polite and tried hes best to help me but my issue has now been passed on to someone else 🙃. I dont believe it is acceptable to have to wait and not know how long for . Paddy power is the only betting account I have and ever had ,but I am now looking at opening another account somewhere else and closing Paddy power down .

Review submitted purely due to outstanding employee Pavan from online chat service. I entered the chat with a little frustration, I had an enquiry and feedback I wished to give. I respectfully told all this to Pavan as he was not the source of my frustration. This exemplary agent straight of the beat came back showing their premium Reframing ability.
