Unreliable site if one is not vigilant…
Unreliable site if one is not vigilant - to be fair ! I recently re- discovered the site after a brief stint a while ago and was using it for recreation with a degree of satisfaction until today when after a few wins I was in for a rude shock . I betted on a couple of football matches in quick succession using the Correct Score option in the game but even though the predicted results proved to be correct , I was dismayed to see that both the bets were shown as LOST ( the final result not displayed on the site ) , thereby losing the bet amount + potential returns . I took recourse to the online Customer Service to take it up with them and was pointed out that ' my bets were placed under Match Odds and not under Correct Score window which followed in the drop down order ! It was weird ' cos a ) I have never played under Match ODDS option and b) I had prior to these so - called ' Lost' bets had played as usual under my favourite Correct Score option and had won and been paid out correctly but not this time !
After a long winding discussion and ' investigation ' followed by an ' escalation of the complaint ' nothing tangible came out of it .I was told that their system was working well at the time and hence showed that I had played under Match Odds and not Correct Score option and this was their final conclusion. I feel utterly let down and frustrated by this brazen foul . Will not recommend the site to anyone and must ask people using it already to be vigilant with each bet , insist on knowing the outcome and foremost - read the fine print of each bet receipt immediately after placing the bet to make sure it reflects what you opted for , if not , report it to the site administrator immediately. I would not like anyone to loose out when one has actually won .

The agent Harshit did everything they could to help … but unfortunately me lack of skill with technology mad it impossible for them to help me !
Nevertheless I was informed as to how I might be able to get what I needed to complete the task in hand !

I raised a complaint a week ago and just keep getting fobbed off. I've spoken to about ten agents now who all say that my situation will be resolved soon and has been escalated, but nothing happens. It is terrible service.

So this company specifically the casino…
So this company specifically the casino is such rigged game, so every week for 1 month I deposited £40, play the fish bigger 3, collect all the rewards thing that you feel up, so first ths scatter, they will never come, I mean never ever come, the fish reel will never come on the lat second, which the netfish bust, you get to pick 1 option out of 3, guess what I always get the catch the fish, not wheel fish or super catch fish games, that game is by far the worst rigged game you will ever come across and crazy thing about it you would get the fisher man 1 and 2 on the first an dlast reel but nothing to collect, then when one of do come, you like £2 ot £4 or 40p, while other time when it does come you will £20 or £15 £100 or mega or minor.
Been betting for a long time. Paddy Power is certainly one of the best bookies for me. Any problems always sorted out quite quickly and they pay out quickly unlike other bookies who take weeks in some instances when you win a decent amount. I haven’t a bad word to say about them

Cheers! We're glad the free bets are landing well. That's what we're all about—rewarding our customers. Thanks for the five-star love!
I’m only giving Paddy Power one star as it took four attempts to get through to a human to answer a basic query - its virtual assistant is more like an unfriendly and unhelpful security guard. Even when I spoke to a human the answers weren’t really human but prewritten. The agent didn’t answer my questions on what PP is doing to improve its customer service. Get better Paddy Power
Paddy power online/shops is without doubt the best usually better odds than others, overall a well updated and easy to use app for all your betting/gambling needs wouldn't move to another, little secret every 7 or so days if your spending money winning or losing you will usually get between €1 in free bets or in my case €5 in free bets. Now it will probably be stopped but ive won nice money off the €5 free bets in the past as its just that free so your putting on riskier bets. Advice request free bet if your spending money on the app €20 + is all i ever spend.
