Betting is made easy, when you win money goes straight into your account, lots of freebie’s. The only problem I have is if I have a query I have to try and solve it through ‘chats’ I would rather speak to someone, more personal and quicker.

I bet on the wrong market shortly before the final of the world cup, but thanks to the customer support agent Denis this was quickly cleared up and resolved for me so I was able to place the correct bet with a few minutes to spare before the game. Thank you, well done and keep it up!

I sent old paddy power betting slips to the office in Belfast to see if ther were any returns.i did get an email weeks ago that they were received and were dealing with it within 14 days sent another email last week for update and still no reply tried the bot yesterday complete waste of time i have a better conversation with a wall..
Totally disgusted with their attitude and lack of response for customers.

I self excluded as I was saving to buy a car, when I wanted to come back after a long time Ross made it happen, questions seem a bit personal but they’ve got to be asked.
Overall a easy and nice experience
Just be honest if you are coming back if you can’t afford it don’t. Even if you can set a limit no point gambling it all it’s there for a bit of fun

On the whole quite good but for some reason my monthly limit was lowered by PP and to reinstate it required so much detail and time I didn’t bother. At the end of the day it is my money and unless I am registered as a problem gambler it should be in my control.
