Site for all betting very clear and good information on horse betting site. Payout quickly on winnings and enough freeby promotions. Not very keen on your golf rules when winning place bets if you tie with other people the money is split accordingly whereas other betting sites give you full odds.
Too easy to end up spending your own funds when having won on the free games! Sometimes it isn't easily apparent to see that you have used your free bets up!
Very good site, and any issues you have get sorted quickly by the agents ,I would recommend Paddy Power
Thank you for this wonderful feedback and recommendation! We're delighted you appreciate our site and that our agents resolve issues promptly. Cheers!
Grea experience when I needed to speak to an agent. It was all done within a minute and my issue was sorted there and then with the agent. Really professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. Also very polite and made sure I read the message and understood everything. Thanks so much.

Had an issue with the WC Final markets not showing on the android app, but all other matches having full markets. Contacted technical support, after a short while it was narrowed down to a likely Android issue that they couldn't deal with, as all worked fine on an iPhone. Advisor Suneeth was helpful and polite in everything, couldn't fault that in any way.
Cheers for this! Suneeth will be chuffed to hear such positive feedback. We're gutted the WC Final markets didn't show on Android, but we really appreciate you working with us to identify the issue. Thanks for your patience, and we're on it with the Android side of things. Brilliant of you! 👍

I have been playing slots on this app for some time now and it's a bit of a fix the algorithms will not let you win big you up your spin cost to around £2 per spin and it can take £200 off you then put in down to 40p gives you a feature. Also the games keep messing up when you win so you need to come off the game. I understand when you gamble it's a risk but you can just tell when playing the slots that it will now pay out. If it gives you a good amount on a feature it take it off you quickly then gives you the same amount back. Sometimes you can even tell what reels come in it's like a loop thinking of cancelling and useing another app
what a pathetic site this is, continual server error as well. think i will sign up with a reliable company !
All in all paddy power is a good casino to play but there are some poor slot providers.take boomstick bill 3 which is allergic to dropping bonuses and features.also seems to be carrying the same pattern for the bonus drops. Also the highier your bet the less chance of winning. Paddy power sort out this supplier please.
Thank you for the detailed feedback! We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with Boomstick Bill 3. We're always listening to our players and regularly review our game providers to ensure the best possible experience. Your input helps us improve. If you'd like to discuss this further, our customer service team would be happy to help.
I opened an account to bet on some of the England World Cup 2026 games, just to get into the spirit. Won a few quid and lost a few. Then I was hearing the Keir Starmer was thinking of resigning so I placed a small bet at the weekend. Starmer resigned on the Monday 22/6. There was some sort of error showing on the app so I messaged them three times as there no phone number. Never received a response. Then DM them on X finally received a response that they haven’t decided yet. Then I found out that I won’t be getting a payout, not sure why, there are a law onto themselves. I’ve closed my account today and won’t be using them again.
Paddy Power it's the best.. i highly recommend them if you want to be safe..

Good free games. Never won anything on the bingo like but the spins are ok. However, my biggest dissatisfaction and disappointment comes from referring. I copied my referral link and sent it to a few friends who made an account via my link . I literally watched my friend do it in person as she needed help doing it all, as a first timer . She put £25 on and placed several bets and the highest for £11. Bets have settled and I did not get my reward as promised. Live chat was useless and basically looked her account up and said nope, not done via your link and nothing we can do about it. But I watched her do it with my own eyes. So feel this is very deceitful and dishonest, misconception. I could’ve recommended to ANY other betting app I’m with . I could’ve referred them anywhere else but I chose your app and this is how you repay me. Thanks a bunch.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience with the app. We've been in touch directly to get more details and look into any issues. We're committed to making things right and appreciate you giving us the chance to help.
