I’ve always had a great experience with Payne Glasses. I’ve purchased glasses from other online companies & they have not matched up to the quality of workmanship & service I’ve received at Payne. The one thing I dislike is the price is creeping up. I am retired & on a fixed income & I wear progressive lens. It would be lovely if Payne could remain affordable for me in the future.

I have ordered here twice in the past 5 or so years (3rd pair offered today), and I have had a great experience every time. One pair that was $20 altogether lasted me 3 years. It was a great pair of glasses. Quality has always been great. Ordering is easy if you just take a picture of your prescription they fill it in for you. Love this website for glasses

I found the one pair of glasses that I love and I've ordered them several times. The lenses keep getting scratched which I'm not so worried about. But I'm going to continue to order this particular frame until they are no longer available.

Customer service couldn’t answer questions. They said would call back by the end of the day. As of Monday 3 days later still no call back. Sent e mail on Friday am . Got a response but not an answer at 4:51 pm. Sent question to e mail but no reply until Monday morning. So ordered glasses anyway without referral person getting any credit.
