The website was very easy to use and thorough. I like that I was able to try on the glasses. There were plenty of frames to choose from to order as sunglasses. If you know the frame sizes that look best on you and you know your most up currant prescription, you are set to go. My sunglasses are attractive the prescription is correct. I’ve never had prescription sunglasses before and I am very satisfied.

The prices are phenomenal, inputting the prescription is extremely easy and the selection is vast. I started off with 6 frames, got that down to 3 then asked friend n family to help with final pair and the majority picked the pair that I really liked. More than likely I'll still get the other pair. I'm definitely recommending this site to anyone I know that's looking for new glasses or even just frames.

This is my first time ordering from your company. The price is what attracted me, once I receive my sunglasses I will be able to have more of a review. I will say the website is a bit annoying; if you looked at a pair of frames and want to continue shopping, it takes you back to the beginning. You have to scroll through all the frames you previously looked at until you find where you left off.

I been ordered my prescription glasses throu pagne glasses for over 7 yrs ordered at lleast 20pairs of glasses last time was my first time glasses came a little smaller than I expected , I reach out to them and address the issue without Hesitation offered my choice of keeping the old pair for spare or returning with a shipping fee I decided I always need a a spares one for emergency cuz I lost my glasses all the time , so they offer me a 50% replacement code on my next pair so I’m completely happy with that thank you PagneGlasses your the best :))

I cruised through your website compiling my order, adding my prescription and proceeded to the Cart for check-out. I went through the check out process and received an error message that there was a problem with my payment method and to please retry. I redid the process and received the same error message, but now my order was not in the Cart and the Payne website posted that I had not placed any orders. I checked my bank account and the funds were in the process of paying for my order. I called customer service and informed them of the situation and I received my order's placement confirmation by the end of the day. They had me worried for a bit, but all is well! 😁
