Excellent Customer service!!!!! They helped my loved one retrieve his pictures that he didn't get that went to a wrong facility and they reprinted it out for making his day wonderful excellent services.I will highly recommend them to everybody!!! I placed an order on December 10, and the estimated delivery date is December 20. That date falls on a weekend, which means the birthday gift will not be delivered in time.
This is not acceptable service for an $8.98 express shipping fee. A delivery window of 3–5 business days has clearly not been met.
I find this very disappointing and would like an explanation!

Sending mail to correctional facilities works differently than standard mail. Even with Premium shipping, the process includes: 1-2 days to print and ship from our facility, 3-5 days in transit, and then 3-5 additional days (sometimes longer) for facility mailroom inspection once it arrives. Every piece of mail must be manually inspected by facility staff before it's delivered, and those inspection times vary based on staffing levels, facility size, and mail volume. Right now during the holidays, facility mailrooms are handling significantly higher volumes, which extends those inspection times beyond what we can control.
We know this adds up to longer than you'd expect compared to regular mail, and we wish the process was faster. Please reach out to our support team so we can help get you more information. Thank you for choosing Pelipost. ^CM
Had a problem with 2 greeting card orders going to t h e same place. They were never rec'd. I contacted Pelipost & Tabitha went above & beyond to solve the problem, that was amazing customer service. She was wonderful to deal with. Even refunded my money.

Tabitha went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I had not double checked my email address before I submitted my order so I did not receive a confirmation email. I did not realize this for several days. When I contacted customer service she worked diligently to figure out the problem. Then corrected the email for me and resent the email.

Although expensive, they do offer good coupons. Also, great customer service. I ordered photos for my brother, but he was transferred to a different facility before he could receive them. They ended up getting lost in transition. After I contacted and explained what happened to Pelipost, they offered to reprint and resend my order to his new location. I'm so grateful!

I can only recommend this service to anyone who, like me, firmly believes in second chances in life. Everyone makes mistakes in their life, and some people are happy when they receive nice photos and messages from people outside while they are making amends. It doesn't cost much to make someone happy in this way.
