They are terrible post student suport
They are terrible, all they want is money. No post student support more especially when outside US. Msr countries are still using certified copies of certificates and transcript. There is no parchment support in those countries and requests are not taken serious nomatter how you explain the agency. I had trading lucence revoked because I could not provide certified copy of my certificate. There are better colleges out there with advanced course and with embassies welcomome to help people from different races. With American embacises an sorry to say this but THEY ATE TOO SPECIQL TO LISTERN TO ANYONE. THEY ARE JUST RACIAL. SAME WITH THE COLLEGES. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY THEY ARE SONE WITHYOU.

Frustration with Penn Foster's James Madison High School
My daughter has been enrolled in Penn Foster's James Madison High School for the past 2 years. Since 6/18, she has not been able to access some of her classes and lessons. We have had multiple phone calls with them with no movement forward until the last 2 days, but it appears that we have a long way to go. We have been lied to, hung up on, and given the run-around. There is no way to contact a supervisor or manager or administration directly. We have left messages with the operators with no return phone calls. My daughter needs to finish this program and move on to college soon. Please help.

I can't stand this company
I can't stand this company. DO NOT USE IT. While I was using the platform I was making payments, when I decided to switch CAREERS and wouldn't need the courses anymore they made me pay the rest and were extremely inflexible about the entire thing. All they care about is money. Heartless assholes. There are better courses out there. The lady was extremely rude to me over the phone. Obviously have miserable employees just a miserable company. Don't use this one.

Well, I learned a lot that I never knew, and it brought back a lot that I forgot from when I was younger. But I have learned a lot more than what I did know, and I was very glad to be able to get into school here at Penn Forest High School. They really worked with me the whole time I was in school.

I would write the schooling zero if I…
I would write the schooling zero if I could. I did not complete half of my program and they told me I had to pay the whole thing without payments and I told them I couldn’t pay it off if they could use my money that they owe me to put towards that program and now I am in collections and my program is going up and up and they’re taking forever to get back to me. They said that they will contact me that they have all this in my notes, but every time I call the notes are never up to date and no one gives me a phone call back. This has been going on since the beginning of 2025. I told them I had to cancel because the certificates don’t work in my region. They owe me $700 and I owed $300 now $400. They have been trying to get ahold of the financial team for a year.
