Ordered specific bottles, got the wrong bottles. Told that I got what I ordered, despite my providing photos and a screenshot of the original order that I didn't. Had to go rounds with support to get them to admit that it was a screw up, and then the only option was for me to return the incorrect ones that I received, but not to get replacements.

An item was missing from my shipment, and customer service rep Ran had me running in circles taking photos of all sides of the shipping box! Huh? If it were damaged, I'd understand, but how could the bottom of the box indicate why it wasn't even packed? It was like pulling teeth to get a refund for this item. I've ordered from you many times before, but I'll have to be really desperate to do so again. Miserable experience.
