I recently worked with Theresa at Phigora to acquire a Patek Philippe 5116R, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. Theresa was instrumental in locating this incredibly rare reference with its distinct enamel dial, and she offered a very fair, transparent price right from the beginning. Her communication throughout the sourcing process was excellent, and she has continued to check in even after the secure delivery to ensure everything is perfect. If you are looking for a high-end timepiece and value honesty, deep horological expertise, and elite service, I cannot recommend Theresa and the Phigora team highly enough.
Thank you for your thoughtful review, Gurpreet! We’re delighted to hear about your experience acquiring the Patek Philippe 5116R. I had an excellent watch purchase experience with Mike at Phigora. The watch itself was delivered as advertised in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. The shop offers a very flexible return policy and the peace of mind of authenticity guarantee, as well as a mechanical warranty on the watches they sell. Mike was also very thorough and helpful in sourcing a new custom strap to go with my new watch. Mike delivered top-notch professional service from start to finish! Phigora offered a great purchase experience and has certainly earned my business on any future watch purchases!
