I agreed to purchase a Cartier Panthère midsize (27×36/37) after explicit discussion comparing midsize vs large. I received a small (22×30) instead. Despite providing clear measurements using a digital caliper, photos, videos, and side-by-side comparisons, the seller repeatedly argued that the watch sent was correct and even sent photos of a different watch to support their claim. Only after hours of back-and-forth did a partner acknowledge the error and request the watch be returned for a refund rather than correcting the mistake with the proper size. Mistakes happen. What concerned me was the refusal to acknowledge clear evidence and the defensive handling of a straightforward issue. Based on this experience, I would not recommend transacting privately or through intermediaries without strong buyer protection.
I’m a repeat customer, and again Yakov was a reasonable negotiator and provided excellent customer care. I highly recommend Phigora.

Extremely disappointed! The indices were attached with GLUE, not mounted with feet. The back of the dial also lacked the proper 750 hallmark or Stern Freres maker's mark. Their response was that the dial is "100% original" and that this construction is "consistent with how vintage dials from this period were manufactured." I've never seen or heard of attaching indices with GLUE on a high-end watch.
I wanted a gold Ladies Rolex for some time. I was nervous about purchasing online. When I found Phigora and Yaco specifically, I felt more at ease. Yaco and I met virtually and he showed me my options. After selecting the one, it was shipped. Fedex was its own issue and sent it back to Phigora before the designated hold time. Yakov and team worked quickly to get the watch back my way. I absolutely love it! Great customer service and support from beginning to end. Highly recommend!
