Everything went fine and the watch looked amazing when I got it but the date mechanism stopped working after two days and they were great in responding and I shipped the watch back to them and they fixed it in a week and shipped it back. Yakov was very helpful.

Here is an edited review. I purchased a watch on Grailzee, and the seller was Phigora. After reserve was met, funds for commission withdrawn from my account, Phigora decides it's not enough money. Based on this issue, I would never purchase another watch from Phigora as they do not stand behind their employees or their products.
