The charging port on my unit won’t connect, after photos and a video they understood the problem. A man named John walked me through the warranty program and shipped me a replacement bottom section. Works fine but three weeks later he texted to make sure it was working! Great company with genuine service.

These people have the best customer service I've ever experienced. I had a slight problem with the product some months after I purchased it so, I contacted them and they replied immediately. The issue was rectified within a reasonable amount of time and they were very polite and helpful throughout the process.

The device works very well!! Easy to use!!! But it should have more detailed instructions about charging etc. I watched a couple youtubes that helped one that was made by Piurify and one that was made by an independent person.

The customer support is truly excellent. Piurify stands by their products. After about a year of operation, I experienced problems with the water filtration pitcher base unit. I reported this to customer support. Customer support did not hesitate in sending a new base unit. The machine is working fine and I'm back to filtering water.

I was really optimistic about the quality of this product. Started off very strong. Have been using it for about 3 weeks now. When I open my water bottle, you can hear the pressure release from the hydrogen. Recently, however, that has seemed to go way way down and I'm assuming it's not working as great as it did in the beginning. I've used the right kind of water, cleaned it according to the instructions, and the pressure is almost non existent. Hoping this changes as i really like the product! UPDATE: After the Piurify rep contacted me after my initial review, and gave us some advice that we followed, the product functioned as intended and we have had no further issues! I was grateful for her knowledge and kindness and would recommend this product to anyone! Upgrade to 5 stars! I tell everyone about it!
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Mrs. Goode and we’re sorry for the concern. The pressure may become less noticeable as the bottle settles with regular use. The pressure sound is usually caused by excess gas, so we do not recommend relying on that alone as the main sign that the bottle is working. The Hydrogenator Bottle has a tiny drain vent at the bottom that is designed to expel excess gas and byproducts during operation. That said, we understand your concern and want to make sure everything is working properly. We’ve sent you an email so we can help sort this out and assist you further.😊🙏

Frist and foremost the customer service is phenomenal, I had a few questions, e-mail them, the response time was almost immediately. I installed over a PVC piping, took just a few minutes to install, Been using for over 2 weeks now, No issues, water is fine, Good Bye finally to my water softer, and purchasing bags of salt . Very Happy, Would truly recommend
