I have recently edited this review because I did not have a great experience with the bottle itself and to my surprise Dianna reached out to me from Purify and took the time to listen to my concerns regarding my experience, not only was she great but they also refunded me so that I was not at a total loss. They have wonderful customer service.

I have only been using my hydrogen water bottle for a week. So far I like the design, it's easy to use. I like that it's only 10 oz. Since you are supposed to drink it fast and not sip it, anything more than 10 oz would be too much to gulp down. It holds a charge through several cycles. I really like it so far.

Purifier quit working on my system when I was on vacation. I contacted them by email and they quickly mailed a new one. It was at my house when I returned home. Excellent service!!

I use the Piurify water filter, the Hydrogen machine, and water bottle. The taste beats any other water filter, and it's saved me tons of money. Any time I have a question, I get an almost immediate response from customer support. I highly recommend the Piurify products.

They have excellent customer service. I needed a new part for my hydrogen water bottle which I purchased over a year ago, I contacted them, and they sent me a new part within a week. They were very responsive and made it so easy.

Have been using this water bottle for six weeks and have noticed none of the benefits it claims to give. I find myself having headaches now.

I bought the piurify hydrogen water bottle i use it morning midday and afternoon on the 5 min setting and love it. After 2 weeks I bought a second one for a friend I love the lifetime guarantee. Its easy to use and clean good size 10 oz cup, no problem yet I recommend it.
