Top notch product and service!
Asa, in sales, was great to deal with, very knowledgeable. And the delivery guy was amazing! Handled the unit around the house by himself and installed the new pad and heater in minutes.
I'm satisfied with the service
I highly recommend Poolheatpumps.com to anyone looking for reliable pool heating solutions.
I had a great experience with Poolheatpumps.com from start to finish. Asa Strong provided clear information that helped me choose the right heat pump for my pool. What really stood out was their customer service—friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to answer my questions. The heat pump itself works perfectly and has made a huge difference in maintaining a comfortable pool temperature to swim.

Happy with my order.
Easy ordering. Quick response. Fast delivery in well packed box and a lift gate truck. Not my first heat pump through them. I bought another one that lasted 11 seasons. This one is moth balled for the winter but provided heat in Ohio until mid October when we shut the pool down.
