Asa made the purchase very easy
Asa made the purchase very easy. All it took was a 10min phone conversation. Price was great. Product was delivered within 3 days. It's been three months since we installed it. Works great and it's much quieter than the previous model.

Satisfied Home owner/Pool owner
I am a homeowner who has been managing the construction and purchasing the equipment for my own pool. I found the equipment that i wanted to purchase through my own research, and then found it available for purchase at PoolHeatPumps.com. Prior to ordering the equipment, I spoke with Asa on the phone and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After the purchase i had a few questions about another part that would have allowed the heater to turn on the pool pump (going around the pump timer) and i found that PoolHeatPumps was more helpful in this search than even the Heat Pump Manufacturer. 5 stars and would recommend

Loving my pool heater!!!!
This was one of the best investments I have ever made. I wish I had of installed this years ago. Living in KY the weather is crazy. With this heater I can get in my pool anytime.
Great, but find installer before buying.
Their info was very helpful, and I ordered a Gulfstream, but then I found out the Gulfstream manufacturer had no installer recommendations for my area, and local installers would not install an unfamiliar brand. Thankfully, Poolheatpumps let me refuse the shipment and refunded me 100% of price and shipping. I bought a similarly reviewed Raypak and got a local electrician & installer easily. Just have an installer lined up in your area before buying a pool heat pump.
This is the place to buy your heater

Easy to deal with
Asa was very helpful and made the entire process easy. Delivery was fast and easy, service set it in my driveway. I installed the heat pump myself, registered the unit with the manufacturer, and it has been doing what it’s suppose to be doing for about a month or little longer now. The unit itself works great, may be slightly nosier than the Hayward it replaced, but barely noticeable. At the price point, it’s great. Cheapest I could find a comparable Hayward was around $2k more. Spoke with the Gulfstream manufacturer in Florida as well before purchasing and they were very helpful and reassuring. Can’t speak to the longevity of the unit yet, but so far I can highly recommend poolheatpumps.com and Gulfstream heat pumps.
