Dealing with pool heat pumps was excellent. I purchased a gulfstream pump, for whatever reason it was tripping the breaker, i was told by Gulfstream that it is a common issue and to replace the breaker with non GFCI. That was the only issue i had but with the heatpump.
Excellent customer service and helpful attitude. Great products at fair price
On 12/18 the heater was delivered. No service was performed.
What a refreshing experience to deal with Asa Strong. Asa made our search for a Pool Heat Pump very simple answering all of our questions and leading us to an awesome product. We took delivery, in NJ, yesterday on an Aqua Cal T90. Looking forward to starting the season early this year! Simply the best products, best service and best prices. If you need a Pool Heat Pump this is the company to work with.
Delivery went perfect as well as installation which I did my self. Runs great, heats up pool.
It was a pleasure doing business with this company.
Every aspect of the purchase was beyond reproach. Time was spent educating me on choices with full explanations. The unit was delivered within three days, and although I arranged the installation, the entire transaction was flawless.
Heat pump works well but cannot be controlled. When I actuate the spa mode and set the temperature to 102F, it goes up to 107F and stops by FAULT.
ASA was very accommodating. The only issue was the shipping company delivering without proper notice.
We are glad to hear that Asa was accommodating and made your experience a positive one. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the shipping company delivering without proper notice. We are always striving to improve, and your comments help us address such issues with our shipping partners. We truly appreciate your business - thank you!
Order arrived quickly delivered to my garage. Installed it a few days later. It was the end of the season so I only started and checked operation for a couple of hours. Looking forward to using it in the Spring. Asa was great to deal with on the purchase. He answered all of my questions.
It's great to know that Asa was able to answer all your questions. We hope you get many years of enjoyment from your pool heat pump. Thank you for sharing your experience!

Asa was great to work with. He answered questions quickly and succinctly. The purchase process was easy. The unit was delivered in perfect condition. He and Guardian customer support were helpful when we installed the unit. Highly recommend. I figure I saved a lot of money by taking the DIY route.
We are thrilled to hear that Asa and Gulfstream customer support were able to make your installation seamless, and you were able to save money. Thank you so much for your wonderful review!

Would not return the system!!!! And for the record I spoke to Asa before he went on vacation and he didn’t have the respect to call me back !!!
Our return policy, which allows for returns within 30 days of the purchase date, is in place to ensure that we can provide the best service to all our customers. Unfortunately, as your purchase was made over 3 months ago, it falls outside of this timeframe. We understand this is disappointing, and for that, we sincerely apologize.
Really good communication with the owner Asa. Helped me with all the research in finding a reasonably priced heat pump that works well in my area. Pool heater arrived with no issues.
It is important to us that our customers get the right product at a reasonable price, so Asa is happy to help with your research. Thank you so much for the review, and enjoy that warm pool!

Good customer service, expertise, and product. Would recommend to anyone.
We are pleased to hear that you were happy with our customer service, expertise, and product. Thank you for the review - we really appreciate it!
I liked your knowledge of what I needed for my size pool initially. Ease of ordering and speed of delivery was great. When I ignorantly did not drain the heat pump prior to cold weather causing just about everything crucial inside the heat pump to freeze and crack, you came through with a replacement part and shipped immediately. Thank you for fantastic service!
We are glad to hear that our recommendation worked for you. We all make mistakes, and we are happy we could get you the replacement part you needed. Thank you for your review and for putting your trust in us!
