I ordered a 12 piece chicken family…

I ordered a 12 piece chicken family meal with mashed potatoes and what was supposed to be macaroni and cheese was pure crap the shredded cheese was not melted part of it was burnt scraped from the bottom of the tray ordered three jalapeños which I did not get they did not put my six biscuits and honey in my order which is sad because the receipt has everything on it that you ordered and the chicken was fried again it was soggy and very greasy and dark colored and was only warm which is below health department standards I ordered it online the person at the window was friendly that was the only good thing about going there I've had many bad experiences with several of Popeyes locations this one really pissed me off Popeyes has gone to crap I ended up throwing the whole meal in the trash it was that bad

Supervisor was KAYLA, would not give me her staffs name

The worker who took my order was very rude from the beginning of our interaction. She gave me a lot of attitude because she was misunderstanding the items I wanted on my order. After I told the employee to stop giving me attitude, she told me that she will not be putting in my order anymore and that I should come inside of the store. I was furious. I chose to spend my hard earned money at this store and it was as if she spit in my face. When I came inside of this store after being told that she would not process my order, I demanded to speak to the manager. The supervisor told me that she heard everything that happened. I let her know that her staff is unprofessional. I let it be know that staff was rude and does not know how to communicate effectively. I have customer service background and the motto is that the customer is the priority. I asked for the staffs name who told me to come inside of the store and nobody spoke up and the supervisor would not give me the staffs name so that I could include her in this review. However, it is evident that the supervisor for this shift whose name is KAYLA has no type of control over her staff. I was not given an apology or anything to rectify the situation. Yes, we are human beings but we need to choose our occupations carefully so that we don’t transpose our negative emotions on innocent parties. This store is located on central Avenue in east orange New Jersey and the workers present were there after 10:30 p.m.

Eltham Branxh of Popeyes cannot get organised There was a weekend where they * ran out if Fries (?),Really?. Them thr door to the toilets mysteriously broke - so the staff carried the door handle in their pocket (?) Anyone wishing to use the toilet had tp track down rhe staff member with * GOLDEN HANDLE * THE CHILDREN FROM SCHOOL RUN RIOT AND THE STAFF HAVE NO TRAINING on customer service.

Won't be going back again.

Wanted to know what was in the sauces. The staff were unhelpful, only referring me to use a qr code to check allergens. This page was useless and didn't tell me what I wanted to know. I ordered a burger and removed the kickback sauce because I suspected it contained mayo, not that anyone was able to confirm that for me. I didn't get my food until about 40 minutes later and all it had no sauce at all. It should still have had cajun ketchup. I was told they would have to redo my order from scratch. I didn't have another 40 minutes to wait so I got a refund. The whole time I was at the counter, the only place to stand was in a puddle of someone's dropped milkshake that was right in front of the counter. Terrible experience. I won't be going back. Caused me to miss the bus home I wanted too.

Chicken wasn’t hot

Chicken wasn’t hot. I arrived shortly after 10. Chicken was bland and not seasoned.looked like a bitty not a chicken. Called back and I couldn’t return food. I’m handicap and had to take me meds. I called from home and could not be accommodated. I don’t recommend this establishment.

Chicken is not bad but

Chicken is not bad but, Please, do not waste your money on the fried shrimp. Good luck finding any shrimp in all the breading. Was not even close to being worth what I paid, but, lesson learned.

Oldham Elk mill

Oldham Elk mill. Can't comment on the food only the service, or lack of. Waited half an hour for my order, there was people waiting for take away before me. I asked for a refund after I explained how long I waited, the manager tilled this through but still waiting for it to go into my account. The eat in restaurant was empty, priority seems to be given to ubereats and deliveroo, will not be going again

The Popeyes in Lakewood are the Best

The Popeyes in Lakewood are the Best. Great staff and very helpful. Recommend it to everyone

Avoid their chicken

The hot chicken used to be superb, and the wrap, but bought one this weekend and it was terrible, chicken was not well cooked and had a foul smell, it make my sister vomit. They really need to check this out.

Food took 30 mins to arrive. Dirty chairs and tables, flies everywhere. Alarm kept going off. Chicken batter very oily. Wouldn't recommend

My spicy Chicken sandwich good, warm but not cold it was really crowded Door Dash drivers over stocked 14000 Livernois, fried didn't look fresh been sitting some where. The lemonade was good in spite of a lot of ice. This was an order in the restaurant.My normal popeye's I go to is in Highland Park, Michigan. They can be the worst when ordering thru door dash before or after 9 p.m. I guess your staff was doing the best that they could.Service was ok today . Food was a pick-up on 07/08/2026..No receipt was given is this the 2026 new thingy now..

Store# 12210 wrong order and poor customer service

Store# 12210, Magnolia, Tx. When I ordered 2 chicken meals 1 with fries and 1 with mashed potatoes and both meals with drinks. When I received my bag of food and no drinks I asked for my drinks and the person at the window handed me 1 drink, then the manager argued that I didn’t ask for drinks even though they were on the receipt. I finally received the second drink and drove home to find out the order was wrong as well. No fries or mashed potatoes just 2 pieces of chicken and a biscuit.

I went to Popeyes at the Williston location today. Now I haven’t eaten Popeyes for many many years and have always gotten terrible food and terrible service at the Williston location. I was going to report it online as it gives you a website and I went to the website and it asked for an access code. There is not an access code on this receipt, it shows it all the way at the bottom and I tried every number on this receipt and none of them work. Williston location of Popeyes needs to just go out of business. Let’s get another restaurant in there with better food and service than these people. Red beans and rice is my absolute favorite and I went there today and got a pint first. I was disappointed it didn’t come with at least one biscuit so I went ahead and I purchased a biscuit for $1.38 and I’ve already spent $7.16 on red beans and rice. The rice was not done. It was hard and there was more rice than anything in there. Popeyes just lost my business.
