On Monday, 8/3/26, I visited the Popeyes Location on Mitchell Ave. in Cincinnati Ohio & my Order was awful. The Chicken was Stale & Old, the Mac-n-Cheese tasted strange & the Cajun Fries were old & barely warm. They forgot to give me my Drink & a Receipt. The Customer Service was ok but the Food was awful!
PLEASE CLOSE THE 914 Jefferson St. Nashville, TN Location!! The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, the location NEVER has everything you order, and this time after placing my order, receiving a confirmation and a pickup confirmation, I get there only to be told “we don’t have it” and the lady turns and walks away. Not offering anymore assistance or trying to figure out what happened.
Visited the Lewisham branch and it was so filthy. The guy preparing the food had no gloves. No hair net, nothing . He kept picking the vegetables with his bare hands and then rub on his shirt. He was preparing burgers , wraps , this is so unhealthy . Please POPEYES you need to take cleanliness , Health and safety very seriously.
Don’t go I payed for my order the app had the address on the other side of town and the would not cancel or refund my order so I paid for something I did not receive and all they could do is tell me no refund but that’s ok because without customers they will not be in business very long
I would leave a -5 star review if I could at the Madisonville, KY POpeyesWhat a waste of $20. The place was dirty the manager was rude and unkempt. The chicken was cold and cooked in old grease at 11:00 on a Friday morning. We couldn’t even eat the chicken.

the popeys in Columbia MS is a mess i went 4 different times and ordered mild chicken 2 visits got hard spicy and didn't catch it till I got home then next visit got half and half hard chicken then today got mild but it was so hard my yorkies wouldn't eat it i will NEVER go there agian
The young man at the Alexander location in Baytown, Texas named Perry was very pleasant. He has great customer service. He informed of the specials they had and that was in my budget to purchase for my family. He was very patient with me when ordering. Thank you, Perry, for such a wonderful drive thru experience!

two stars because my fries were amazing but, costumer service wasn’t the best, my chicken was undercooked, also the fountain drink was watered down, safe to say i’m sticking with chick fil a. #mooyah
Manager has really done a great job and has a great crew. Shrimp when cooked fresh are to die for! I will be coming back for sure.
I went into Popeyes today at 9:50 and they act like they didn’t wanna serve me. They didn’t wanna do their job every time somebody walk in they act like they snobbish they don’t say hello. There’s no greeting when you get in the door or anything then they turn around and give you the coldest most nastiest chicken there they don’t tell they specials they’re not professional. I think this store needs to be closed because the simple fact, these people that works in Decatur Illinois Popeyes are not worthy of working they don’t greet people they all snobbish the manager stuck up. They don’t need a job. You need some professionals here and I’m going to fight for some professional people to be in this building. If I gotta write a review every day and let the CEO know then I will because this doesn’t make sense, they give you the burnt chicken and save the good pieces for themselves. There’s people coming in mad as hell about the order. One lady she threw chicken in the ladies’s face because she gave her a little small pieces and that’s not fair. You post when you get a job you’re supposed to give people what they want what they asked for and they don’t do that. I hate this Popeyes that’s in Decatur Illinois. I would rather go to Springfield Illinois because people there are somewhat professional. This place needs to be shut down again because there’s no professional help here.
I did drive through 7/24/2026 and it was not a good experience. I had a coupon and gave the code for the coupon. I asked if I would get a mix. The cashier told me I get what’s on the picture. She was extremely rude and acted as if she didn’t want to be at work. I get home and I have a box full of thighs. I took it right back again doing the drive through. I explained why I was there. She said yeah you spoke to me. She said there wasn’t any other chicken ready. I said well why didn’t you just…she cut me off and said just come on around. When I got to the window she tried to give me someone else’s order. I said I’m here about the chicken I just spoke to you about. She ie so rude!!! She says Sarena here go this man. So she gave me chicken I was supposed to get. I asked if she wanted the other back she said no I don’t wanna get sick. I didn’t understand the need to try and insult me. I called the manager, whom was filling in from 16th street Popeye. She told come there and she would get me straight and would let the regular manager know. I would not recommend the 86th street and Michigan Rd location. They are always rude and never get the order correct. I’d suggest you go to KFC around the corner or Church’s off 71st street.

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my family and I received at the Popeyes on North Stone Avenue in Tucson. I placed and paid for an online order, and I sent my son to pick it up. He had a screenshot of the receipt and proof that the order had already been paid for. Despite that, an employee refused to release the order because she assumed my son was homeless and judged him based solely on his appearance. There was absolutely no legitimate reason to withhold an order that had already been paid for. When I called the restaurant to speak with the manager, the employee refused to transfer my call and instead hung up on me. After I called back, I was finally connected with the manager, Rosa. Rather than listening to my concerns and trying to resolve the situation professionally, she argued with me and raised her voice. The situation became even more disturbing when Rosa threw a cup at my son while he was inside the restaurant. This behavior is completely unacceptable and should never happen to any customer. I have requested that Popeyes Corporate investigate this incident by reviewing the surveillance footage and speaking with the employees involved. I expect accountability and appropriate action. No one should ever be judged based on their appearance or treated with such disrespect. I hope Popeyes takes this complaint seriously and ensures that no other family has to experience what we did.
Nasty ass shrimp
I applied for a position and the manager asked about my experience and I told her I had managerial experience and she immediately replied with she is not looking for manager. I replied I'm only telling you my experience. When the interview was done she promised to give me a phone call. She never returned the phone call not only that when I called someone picked the phone up never spoke on the other end of the phone and hung up twice in a row. This place is not professional especially when the manager gave me a speech on people up and quitting and that she could not keep people in a position nor would they return her phone call when she called and then she turns around and does this to me.
Terrible, went to walnut location in new braunfels and the entire restaurant was extremely dirty and sticky, every table had food on it and chairs pulled out, they weren’t busy at all so zero excuses for that also ordered a family meal deal for tenders and asked for half spicy half regular, they gave me only regular tenders after waiting a long time and then I had told them I ordered half spicy chicken and the employee decides to pick the chicken out of my box(which I’ve already touched) and put it back on the shelf, then gives me hours old expired spicy chicken. Horrible experience and I got food poisoning from only a couple of bites. This businesses should be closed down and not have any supporters of their establishment whatsoever, disgrace to the Popeyes name!!! Bru when I asked for a refund they diddnt even give me the correct change the first time either and had to correct them on that too, idk what type of useless peabrain sacs of crap are working at Popeyes but they need to get it together and do their jobs right or don’t even show up cuz the customers can cook their food better than the employees.
Was happy to have meal there but ... I think the main issue is from the app. If an item isn't available, there should be a notice instead of letting the process get stuck halfway through. The app displays nothing during drink selection. Are you saying the restaurant has no drinks available? But the customer serices is just avoid to say this and provide further solution, I wastes 30ins of time to drive car there but is nth to order, feel quite disappointed.
