I underwent ICL vision correction at NeoVize through Praga Medica. The overall pre- and postoperative experience was great, featuring prompt, detailed communication and regular check-ins. The staff speak English very well, and providing an additional translator for foreign patients was a fantastic touch. The surgery and recovery were both smooth, with excellent results.
I have been to Praga medica in the last month for mug upper Blepth & can honestly say it was all done & I was back home after 2 days .my eyes are amazing im very pleased with results i have before & after pics I will upload & would recommend this place to anyone

I recently underwent an upper blepharoplasty through Praga Medica and I am very happy with the results. From the very start, the communication was excellent, with prompt replies both before and after my surgery, alongside attentive follow-up care weeks later. My surgeon was outstanding, she kept me at ease and delivered a natural, refreshed results that exceeded my expectations. The procedure itself was uncomfortable for the while but completely painless and lasted no more than 40 minutes or less I would guess. I was able to walk back to hotel shortly after the procedure for the evening. At home a week later my local nurse at home commented on how professionally the stitches had been done when she removed them! I know the swelling and scars will continue to improve over the coming weeks, but it already looks great to me. The logistics were seamlessly organized, including smooth airport transfers and a great hotel stay. My assigned medical tourism manager, Marketa and Michaela her colegue were amazing - they kept in constant touch via WhatsApp and provided 24/7 reassurance. Thank you Marketa : ). They recommended a hotel near Prague’s Old Town which was comfortable & served an excellent breakfast, and the lovely staff always provided ice for my eye patches : ) I highly recommend Praga Medica for their professionalism, outstanding surgeon Dr. Fajtová and for genuine patient care! 1st class from start to finish and follow up. I was a little nervous travelling for this treatment but its life changing and really quite easy. Lucie Foitová from Praga Medica handled the coordination professionally and connected me with Dr. Jandová, a true specialist in veneer treatment. Dr. Jandová speaks Czech, English and German fluently, which made the consultation feel effortless. She took her time, gave thorough advice on color and shape, and never rushed the process. I was very pleased with the level of care I received when I travelled over from London for both my pre/op and the operation. The attention to detail from my escorts was fantastic, everything was as they said it would be. They and the Clinic staff made me feel like I was being cared for in a highly professional environment at all times. The operation itself was comfortable and thorough. Everybody spoke better English than me! At all times I felt reassured I was going to get the results that I hoped for.

I can’t praise this clinic and my experience enough! From the moment i enquired to the communication from Marketa leading up to during and after my treatment was exceptional! Dr Sedivy and the whole team including anethasist and nurses during my stay at the clinic was also exceptional! I am healing well and still have reassurance from Marketa and Dr sedivy if i need it! From the minute I enquired to the day I arrived/left Prague as a happy customer, the service and correspondence they provided me with made all the steps you go through (prior, during and after) so easy and straightforward. On arriving in Prague communication was excellent, the staff were very friendly and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. They made me feel calm and at ease as I was nervous. They talked me through the whole procedure of the surgery and the aftercare processes I would need to do at home. I met some lovely people and even went on a evening bus tour of the old town and then onto a boat trip with food and entertainment provided on the evening of the day i had my replacement lens surgery. I chose Praga Medica as my husband had lens replacement done with them 11 years ago and has had no problems at all since and still has his 20-20 vision. I would without any doubt definitely recommend Praga Medica to anyone who is thinking or is wanting lens replacement.

I have waited for 8 weeks to pass since my operation to do a review. I had a very strong astigmatism so needed the Toric lenses. After 8 weeks, my vision still hasn't returned to crystal clear. I had hoped by now my distant vision would have settled down to see what I could see when wearing glasses or contact lenses, but they haven't. PragaMedica seems to be just a booking office, not a real place. My eye operation was conducted by a third party eye company and absolutely no sign of PradaMedica anywhere. Had I known this, I would have booked elsewhere. The date of our operation was rescheduled last minute to another day which was upsetting at the time. I since have learnt we were bumped of our operation day so that they could squeeze a few more in on our planned day. Kate at PragaMedica was initially good to deal with but was powerless to assist us, I don't think she even lives in Prague. I would suggest finding another company.

The whole experience from the enquiry to the aftercare!! The accommodation and transfers were booked by Barbora and she informed us when we could book our flights. Everything went extremely well. I was very apprehensive but the staff in the clinic really reassured me that everything would be ok. They weren't wrong. I was reassured throughout all my tests and my surgery which was performed by Peter - absolutely first class. Got the best eyesight I have ever had - amazing. My interpreter was Martina and what a very nice pleasant lady she was. After the surgery we had a rest at the hotel - The Panorama, then later that afternoon we went on a tour of Prague followed by a Dinner Cruise, I could read the menu for the first time without glasses or contact lenses. Actually I couldn't read in contact lenses.
