The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent. I had 1 bad year of taxes that were completed by a CPA. This bad year resulted in 2 more years of tax errors. I reviewed different companies, and Precision Tax was the clear choice. Throughout the process staff maintained regular contact as each stage was completed. They responded to email requests, when submitted or phoned me to further explain any questions I had. I liked the convenience of submitting documents via their secured sight, any time of day. It was also helpful that they offered a payment plan. Dealing with taxes is stressful, but thankfully they helped to ease the process.
Jinney is amazing and great at what she does!! Very transparent and supportive through the entire process and I am returning customer which I would recommend to everyone. She is prompt and quick to return your calls or emails. She always answer all my questions and go above and beyond what is necessary to get the job done and accurately.
