Precision Tax was immediately on top of helping to solve my tax issues. I felt relief to have someone in my court. Excellent communication. Highly professional. All steps of my process were very clearly explained by my person, Jinney. She was incredibly efficient and consistent in keeping me up to date on my case. She would call and clearly explain things to me and what additional information she might need and follow it up with an email. My case was resolved much more favorably than if I had handled it myself. Precision Tax is worth every penny of the fee and then some.
