I had several years of unfiled taxes
I had several years of unfiled taxes. I live in SF Bay area and I don't even remember how I reached out to Precision Tax in Cour de'Laine, Idaho. But I am so glad I did. Nice people, very professional. They just took charge, identifying my predicament. My point person was Jinny. She is sweet and very knowledgeable. The most impressive observation was that she knows how to talk to the IRS to help alleviate my predicament. She has cred. So after a year or so with delinquent filings reported and back taxes paid, I now have a zero balance with the IRS. Stupid mistake but with the help of Precision Tax, great result.
Fantastic guidance and non judgemental approach
The service was non judgemental, made me feel taken care of at each step, and got me through a hard time. I appreciate the company, everyone who worked with me, especially Naomi and her direct, insightful, and helpful information closing my case successfully. Highly recommend.
