My second book with Printninja. Jen and Laura are always great to work with, Sam and Simon too. We had a couple small snags, but handled very well and professionally. Would definitely go for a third.

I was new to publishing. The staff suggested a free software program Canva since I didn't have any of the Adobe products mentioned on their web site Their website was great. It provided an excellent tutorial on the printing process and what was required for submission. The staff that I talked to in person or via email were all very helpful.

Hell yeah to the moon! They made a dream possible that I didn't even know I had. I'm a songwriter / musician, and PrintNinja, being recommended by my illustrator, was the perfect third step after finishing the project. PN made my musical comic REAL. And in an exceedingly professional way!

We wanted to work with a local business and we are extremely pleased that we got to work with PrintNinja for our trivia game. While all professionals in our day job, none of us knew exactly where to start when it came to making a physical card game. We reached out to PrintNinja early on and Laura K. was able to answer so many of our questions and walk us through the process. She had amazing customer care throughout our entire 2 year process and was there every step of the way - we are extremely grateful for her and also for Jen T., our prepress manager, who helped get this project across the finish line.
PrintNinja was so easy to work with and love that there were so many customizations and flexibility, as opposed to some of the other manufacturers we had reached out to early on in the process. The information that was sent over when making decisions was extremely clear and the video walkthroughs on their website were a lifesaver. They were extremely considerate during the the early 2025 tariff news and kept us updated on a regular basis to ensure we could order the final product with no issues. Everything came out exactly as we had hoped and we are extremely grateful that we worked with PrintNinja to bring Rich Auntie Trivia to life.

First and foremost...thank you so much for taking the time to write and send such a thorough and glowing review of your first time partnering with us. We cannot put into words how much your trust means to the team. We agree Laura and Jen are incredible at what they do, and both show how much they care with all of their clients. One of the amazing benefits of offset printing is the flexibility and the beautiful custom options. Thank you for calling out the online tutorials and videos! We are targeting to get even more of those up in 2026. You can always count on us for quick and thorough communication - please be assured of that.

Excellent to work with
This was our first time printing a gift guide book, and so it took a little bit of work on our end to fix the design (a learning experience for us, some due to our own errors) but the PrintNinja team was very helpful. Our gift guides came out better than we hoped and at an extremely reasonable cost. We'll definitely be back for future print projects!

The support team is extraordinary. Timely, reliable and effective.
The final product was not as good of a quality as I expected. Perhaps adding photo or video samples of the different qualities will help customers understand the technical details of what they are looking for and paying for.

Once again I’m very impressed with the exceptional work and streamlined process of printing my own comic book with Print Ninja.
Laura was excellent in assisting me with the initial stages of the ordering process. She was very knowledgeable and responsive whenever I had any questions.
Sam was very helpful and meticulous with the pre-press/proof stage (Jen was also very thorough and precise with the pre-press/proof stage when I previously printed my mini comic). I really appreciate the attention to detail and professional quality of the finished product. I can’t wait to print my next comic book with Print Ninja!

Do not purchase or support this…
Do not purchase or support this company, they're far more expensive and offer less quality, and have the worst customer service. If one person is saved from this, then good.

Good Afternoon Giancarlo,
Trustpilot reached out to confirm your experience, and we did not hear back via their platform. We would love the opportunity to confirm that your experience was with us. We have, unfortunately, seen some accidental reviews for a different business with a similar name. If you would like to discuss things further, we encourage you to reach out to [email protected].
Thank you!

Best price and quality I could find
I received the help I needed to get the best quality book for the best price I could find. It took a little longer than I would have liked but that wasn't very important in my case.

We are happy to hear your first time partnering with us Domestically was a success! You can count on us for cost efficiency. With approval on 10/6 and delivery on 10/21 that does fall right in line with the approx. 2-week turnaround time for saddle-stitch projects we list on our website (approx. 1-week production + approx. 1-week standard shipping time). Just something to keep in mind for future orders! Please don't hesitate to reach out to Maggie when the time comes for a new project. We have some great return customer incentives!
