The first time I visited was a walk in…
The first time I visited was a walk in and the clerk discouraged me. I tried to make an appointment online and it wouldn't let me. Called for Help and they had to make my appointment for me. Showed up a few minutes early but didn't get drawn for at least forty minutes even though there appeared to be only one person ahead of me. phlebotomist was nice and easy to work with.

Outstanding experience!
Great experience! Ordering the test was simple and done from my phone, as was scheduling the blood draw. My blood draw appt took me 10 minutes from the time I got there til I left, and ONE DAY later I have all of my results!

Customer service is on point. I dealt with Luke and he was very informative, we did wait almost a week for results it that was not because of Priority,s fault but quest lab where they rant the test. Just lots of volume. Definitely like this service

Issue with lab results
The lab was great, the prices are ok. My complaint is that I received my results on Saturday morning, which indicated a positive result. I had to wait until Monday to learn that this was actually a false positive and nothing to be concerned about. I am not complaining about the fees; but for what you are charging you should have someone available to explain this on the weekends or indicate on the lab results information that it was a false positive.
