I went to the Quest Stuyvesant plaza location.i had a very nice experience with a professional friendly woman who did an excellent job drawing blood.
I was nervous and she made me feel very comfortable. My appointment was at 2:10pm. I did not get her name. To top it off I got my results so quickly. I will definitely spread the word about Quest. I am an RN and I know good customer service!!! Thank you,very much.

Easy test ordering online, many locations in my area to choose from, little waiting time at the lab, everything was fast and professional and took 10 min at most. Received my results via email the very next day! Will not hesitate to use this place for my next tests.

The experience was great! It was fast, easy, and completely anonymous which made me more comfortable to request testing. I was able to schedule same day appointments at a near by location. The results came exactly when specific which made it even more perfect! Everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend to others!
