Just didn’t do one of the tests
I paid for the full 10 panel to be safe. Needed Chlamydia done. Waited 5 days to get the notification the test hadn’t been done. I now have to go find another place and pay even more money because, for some reason, they didn’t test me for Chlamydia.

We entrust Quest to fulfill our lab orders quickly and professionally, and it appears they did not receive the correct sample from the location you visited for those tests specifically. We do not charge patients for tests that are unable to be performed, and we will offer a free recollection should you wish to take those tests.
