package stolen
they do not give u ability to put in what type of delivery u prefer, my $300 plus $100 shipping dress was labelled "authorised to leave" I never approved of this and the deliverer ended up tossing it on my door step up right in plain sight without even knocking the door or ringing the doorbell one metre above his arm that he used to place it on the floor... as a result my package was stolen called the delivering company and they said prom girl has given them the instruction to do so therefore they are not responsible.

Excellent Customer Service!
It was an oversight on my part that the color and size I had ordered was not in-stock and was a custom-made item. I contacted Promgirl and they were very kind and reminded me that this was not in-stock, but also told me they would have the dress to us in time for our event. They delivered and the dress was stunning!

Dress did not ship on stated ship date
Dress did not ship on stated ship date. Shipped a week later and did not arrive in time. Was not impressed with the quality and it was way too short. Not like photo.

Stunning …
I was very skeptical about making a purchase on this website. After carefully reviewing what others had said, I took a leap of faith and hoped it wasn’t fake. So glad I did. Not only was it super easy looking at the pages of dresses but you can select individual sizes to narrow down the search. Unfortunately a zero was the smallest option for the dress I wanted my daughter to have. I have a seamstress so I bought it. 4 days later it was at my door. So super stoked that it was the Actual dress on the site. It was absolutely stunning on her.
