Always fast and direct. I just wish I got better rates considering my credit score is 800+ amd I have had 3 other loans with prosper, paid in full. Maybe since I pay early, just call it 4 percent whether I pay on time or early.

Smooth process, their service, rate, and delivery beat some of their competitors when I was shopping for a loan for debt consolidation.
Prosper clearly doesn’t value its repeat customers…
Prosper used to be a trusted company for me, but something has changed. I was recently denied twice despite having had several loans with them before and paying those back always on time or early. I have great credit, statements showing the income they preapproved me with, and have met all other criteria. And no one there can tell me why I’m suddenly being denied other than a generic cash flow criteria, but not telling me why my statements clearly verifying the income isn’t enough. Just vague statements. No real escalation or manager to speak of despite my repeated requests to talk with someone who could explain the denial. I’m concerned with these new AI programs that some lenders are using that discrimination is becoming easier. I’ll continue to look into it. But having been a good borrower numerous times before and now getting this treatment, Prosper clearly doesn’t value its repeat customers.

I was told I was getting a loan from prosperfunding llc, but instead they sent me 6 bad checks that equaled $2000 . And then the bank closed my account because of the bad checks and when I called the loan officer Scott Newman the 3 numbers he gave me were no longer in service so now I not only didn't get my loan I have to pay my bank back back the $200

This is my third loan from prosper in about 15 years. This one was for consolidating credit card debt related to medical expenses. Hopefully it’ll be my last but I would recommend prosper other people for sure.
