Making payments to principle, what a drag
Making payments to principle is a challenge. You can only make that additional payment on the same date as the auto pay. When i asked why i could not make a principle payment after the posted date I was told it was because interest accrues daily. So why not accept that payment with the accrued interest in mind? At 50+ years old I've never heard of such a simple action be made in to such a challenging situation. This is definitely not mage with the customer in mind.

I’ve been with Prosper many times and they are easy to apply and work with you. Their payment plan is in my budget.
Required a manual bank account and SSN verification 3 way call with Rep in India Call Center!!!!
I was approved and as part of the verification process I successfully added and verified my bank account online. My dashboard still said I needed to "add and verify" my bank account even though the dashboard clearly showed that the bank account was already linked. I called the "verification dept" and the rep, who was in a call center in India, said we needed to get on a 3 way call with my bank and that I needed to verify my account, routing number, and SSN with the bank, and that he needed to ask "other verification questions" that he wouldn't disclose. No thanks. I cancelled my application.

I received a notice that I may sign up for a hardship payment or pay-off plan by going on your website. So where on the website do these options exist? Nothing attached to any of the listed items indicates where help is to be found. Also, posted info show my account was never issued due to low credit score yet I received a card several months later. Sorry but this site and its listed points of information do NOT meet my needs or expectations.
