I had a loan with them and I was paying perfectly and then maybe two years before the loan matured I paid it off. This is where it got bad. I have been paid for almost three months and they have not reported my loan paid off. I have emailed them twice and they just give me an excuse and then just close my email complaint. So here it is. Prosper does not care about their clients once they pay their loans off and make sure they report them paid off! So now it gets worse! They have added remarks to my credit report after being paid off just to spite me because of this review. This is not a company to do any business with!

I recently applied for a loan with a company called credible. Credible is not a bank but uses a search engine for different banks when applying for a loan through them. Prosper was one of those companies . Prosper uses a bank called webbank which has a proprietary system they use to evaluate potential loan customers. It's 3 numbers called prosper score. I was assigned the three sixes I'm superstitious so I won't number them. 640 is the minimum depending on what website you apply. Along with your fico score. 3 stars is not bad its mixed results.

They will deny you if you are under any…

They will deny you if you are under any process of imigration. Basically they don’t help out imigrants! They were unable to explain why my VALID ID was “not a valid id” for them. One of the worst experiences that I had. Do not recommend. You will loose your time with this people.

Well after having excellent approval odds on credit karma could have been poor Fair great it was excellent approval odds for a small personal loan multiple times throughout the process I was told it wouldn't affect my credit score I never consented to a hard pull on my credit report I would have canceled the whole thing, I have two hard pulls at the moment one needs to fall off before I can do another one. I thought they would do a soft pool being they said it wouldn't hurt my credit multiple times I never read anywhere after reading over user terms and conditions that they would do a hard pull, anyways affected my credit score immediately because they did a hard pool you can only have two every two years, not just that they sold all my information to other companies multiple other companies are calling and emailing me trying to give me loan offers they also did hard pulls without my consent went from two hard pulls and a 740 credit to nine hard pullls and a 670 credit score same day I applied never again I did not consent to a hard pool I know better I have credit and know how to use it I typically have a 800 credit score my utilization's over 30% on one of my credit cards also while I'm looking for the loan 😡😡😡🤬
