got our inspection and agreed to work to be performed. I re-measured area and found it to be over estimated by about 600 square feet. called and was told they were to add 30 % to total. still to high. Told installer would re measure before installation. Never happened! at the end of the day was told how many rolls they used and was going to be charges based on that number. Finally agreed to my measurement plus 30%.Now after the year I called for my inspection of mold remediation, after numerous called, one month later finally got an appointment. Day of appointment no show , no call, sat around for four hours waiting. Called office next day was assured someone would reach out to me with explanation and set up new appointment. Have not be called yet. They seem to come out quickly for the inspection, but o
once they have your money follow up is very slow or nonexistent! Because of this I will not recommend this company to my neighbors and friends.

I apologize for any inconveniences that we may have caused you. We will do our absolute best to resolve your complaint.
First, I'd like to address the additional material required for your home. As we explained to you when you initially purchased this material that the insulation wrap has a 3"-6" overlap at every seem. This is to prevent any gaps or openings for heat or moisture to escape. Additionally, attics that have extensive trusses require more material to cut and form around. Other things like ductwork, vaulted ceilings, or side walls will require additional materials to cover. This is very similar to other home improvement purchases such as buying carpet, siding, or roofing materials that require cutting and forming to your individual home. This is something that over a year ago you agreed with and understood. We are happy to explain this further. Regarding your annual inspection, we apologize for the delay. Our first conversation with you was on 9/14/23. At that time our installation manager scheduled an appointment with you set for 9/25/23. Unfortunately, we had a technician unexpectedly call in sick due to covid exposure. We did try to contact you on 9/25/23, but we were unable to reach you. We had another inspector, Evan Mitchell, try contacting you on 9/26/23, but was again unable to reach you. It is my understanding that Evan was finally able to schedule another appointment with you set for Oct 5th. Once again, we apologize for the delay. We are committed to doing everything in our power to make sure we provide you with the best customer experience possible.
me and my wife went to the free dinner at the village square, the food was great! Weve been a few time and its a local favorite. the presenter shawn, everything he did and explained was perfect. He explained everything very thoroughly.
The Inspector evan came out the next day, was very informative about what he was telling us. Definitely knew what he was talking about. made us feel comfortable with our purchase!
The techs Nick and Malik, were early and ready to work! showed us pictures of before and after. Great guys! Great company!

My installers, Malik and Daniel, arrived on time, were very professional and answered all of my questions promptly. They were very knowledgeable with the products they installed and got right on the job and were done in a timely manner. They were a pleasure to be around and I highly recommend Quality Eco Technologies for all of your home upgrades.

The presentation was well done. The restaurant is a favorite of ours. Presentation was very informative and there was no pressure to buy anything which we really liked. There was a situation with the HVAC unit but they handled the situation promptly and professionally.

Earl was very good. The restaurant, Hangry House, was not very good but the presentation was informative. John did a very thorough inspection and was professional, knowledgeable and relatable. The installers James and Josh did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend the company.

Shawn the presenter came off authentic and he was personable very nice to be around. John the inspector was thorough in explaining all of the steps of process taken and product installation needed for my house. The technicians Daniel and Josh showed up on time, were very polite and extremely conscientious of explaining what they were going to do, and then explaining what they did after they installed, and did a very thorough clean up and went above and beyond my expectations.

Expected to learn about solar when I originally went to the dinner. My only complaint is most of my questions didnt have time to be answered, I understand the presentater was busy. Some of them got answered but it just felt like I didn’t have time.
John Came out the next day and answered most of them. More of less I just need details, details, details. Everyone was great.
We ended up getting solar fan and multi layer insulation.
Everyone was on time. Stayed busy and worked professionally. Helped move everything in attic and cleaned up after themselves.

All and all, we’ve had a lot of people do work here and nothing compared to the customer service here!
