We got an EPS unit last March and it has greatly improved the air quality in our home. When it came time to refill the liquid, we had to call the company again to help us put it in since the unit was in an awkward place. Daniel the technician arrived on time and patiently explained how to access the unit and refill it ourselves so we wouldn't have to call each time. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy to work with this company!
The gentlemen arrived promptly and worked efficiently. We’re extremely courteous and helpful. Answered all my questions about each product. They were such a professional group of guys. Would recommend to anyone that is interested!

The CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION was illegally signed before the job was completed. Mark Coe (team lead) said this was required, because he needed to leave for another job and even though employees were still working. I was told I could pay by credit card, but this turned out not to be the case. QET failed to respond for months to EnerBank about my complaints regarding their charges and their installation. Over a year has passed, and despite QET's promise to inspect the insulation each year, they have never contacted me to do. Despite multiple emails and Certified Mail to the owners, none of the QET owners have ever responded.
The presentation he was very through. Very educational, he was very personable. At some point when reading from the screen he seemed rushed. Mark the inspector, he was also very through. Explained all my problems to me and showed pictures of everything he found. Explained issues on everything. Very understanding when it came to financial things. He never pressured me and gave me plenty of time to come with my own decision. The technician nick, was on time. Also very through and extremely friendly. Showed pictures of all work completed. Even warned me of the conditions of my roof! Id recommended these guy to anyone out there.

I’ve been customer for over 4 years now and I can honestly say a lot about these product. Our favorite is our Probiotic System, the dust in the house is basically gone. I went from sweeping and cleaning every 5 days to every 2 weeks. It’s fixed our allergies and we can tell we’re breathing in cleaner air. MLI insulation, it’s helped with our utility bills tremendously. You can feel the difference in it house.
Mr.Kris the presenter, was very informative, creative and spoke very well for us all to understand. Short sweet to the point type of man, he nailed it! Mr. Mark the inspector, very honest to the point. Answered all our questions with ease. You can tell he has a passion for his work and the company. Nick and Chris the installers, great personalities to be around, we felt nothing big comfort around them. They were on time, explained everything and showed up everything. The honesty and the hard work these guys have is amazing. 10/10 company, we HIGHLY recommend.
We attended a dinner to be introduced to the products of Quality Eco Technology (QET) last week. The lively and dynamic presenter (Dale Wood) provided us with impressive information about household problems and solutions. We agreed to invite QET's regional representative (Jason Gamse) to inspect and evaluate any problems in our home. With clarity, experience, and effectiveness, he explained all the necessary steps and costs to us. The inspection revealed some problems, like mold, lack of insulation, and unwanted chemicals in the water. Jason took pictures of all problem sites. We agreed to a very decent discount. The next day, the friendly and efficient crew, Darrick and Travis, arrived on time, and began the jobs promptly. In the attic we had some multi-layer insulation added to some trouble spots, mold treatment, and a solar fan installed. A mold block was put in the crawl space. We also had a whole house water filtration system and the pro-biotic system installed. Each installation was clearly explained as to purpose, warranty, and maintenance requirements. Upon completion, each area was removed of debris and cleaned. All in all, the experience from dinner to inspection and recommendations to the final installations was a pleasurable experience and made our home (and us) more healthy. Five stars!

We had the mli installed in our old house and we had an amazing experience with it. When we moved we got it installed on our house in 2021, we've noticed a massive cooling difference in our upstairs part of the house. Deyond happy with this product. We will be having this installed in every house we go in!
July 23 2021 we bought an eps and after a year of having this product we’ve been nothing but happy with it. First thing we noticed was how much our allergies changed! It’s a massive difference! Also our house always smells so much cleaner. We don’t have to change air filters as much anymore. And a whole lot less dust in the house. Makes cleaning a lot easier. Highly recommend this to everyone!

Earle the presenter, was passionate about the products and showed a genuine belief in their value. Austin the inspector was very knowledgeable, honest and made me feel he had my best interest at heart. He answered all my questions about the home inspection. Nick, Harrison, James, Jeb and Daniel, the installers, were very efficient, professional and friendly. Everything was explained prior, during and after install. They were willing to do all that I asked. They loved our dog too, very nice to her! 10/10 company!
The guys arrived as scheduled especially considering they were coming from several hours away. They introduced themselves as soon as they saw me. They explained what they were going to do which was very similar to what I heard during the dinner presentation and asked if I had any questions. When it came time to installing the attic ventilation system, they gave me suggestions and listened to my concerns. The presenter at the dinner and inspector who came the next day were also great and full of information.
The presentation itself was great. The restaurant chosen in our area was good. The biggest thing to us was it WASNT BORING! The presenter was open to all the questions and concerns we had before buying the product. The inspection was good but other issues in our home that we asked about were NOT addressed. The technicians were very professional. Through all our questions and problems everyone was very respectful. We have had numerous issues with the attic fans making noise and they have come out each time to inspect and fix.
Harrison, james, Daniel arrived on time and finished everything in a flash! Was a hot day and they made everything look neat and were very professional.
Saved me tremendously on having a potential headache at hand. Had them come out for the free inspection and they were able to handle my insulation issue in my attic. Rodney and Mitar were fantastic at installing and walked me through everything that was done.
