Very bad customer service.
The representative I talked to "Jordan" decided that he didn't want to continue helping me during a call after I said payments in this country have been considered received based on the postmarked date since before I was born (40 yrs). His language and posture on the call changed that moment and he then would not answer any more questions. There was no swearing, yelling, name calling, nothing. What kind of customer service is that? How safe is private financial information with someone who acts like that? Can I expect the account information to be sold out of spite from someone like that?
