Poor customer service
The loan officer or what ever the title was to pushy and I informed the individual that we were having a family medical crisis and that I would contact him when I could! He insisted on continuing to text and call me while my wife and I were dealing with getting our 14 year old adopted granddaughter mental health treatment for over 48 hours straight! He was an absolute moron and he lost this families business for your company for life!! Furthermore, please remove any and all contact information from your databases and never contact us again! God bless!

sour about have no tk have tie…
I’m just sour about have no tk have tie downs for a year! When I would write a legal letter stating I would not move the home. You had approved me Then called me and said can not move forward cus the home does not have tie downs. I really need a one level home and the was perfect.
If you have no mortgage it won't let you proceed unless you enter an interest rate???? No Mortgage, no interest rate! So I guess you don't want my business

Hi Dave! Thank you for reaching out and bringing this issue to our attention. This is a use case we had not considered. We will bring this to the attention of our product team. In the meantime, you can try choosing 6%. This will allow you to be matched to a lender and you can update the info with the lender directly at that point.
The representative who helped me with the loan application was very kind and helpful and very nice he also walked me through it with his name and phone number I appreciate that he was very knowledgeable about the process of applying for my loan application.
