First and foremost the steps were explained where I understood the process, so I won’t be left in the dark. If I didn’t understand a process, it was explained to me, and everyone was really helpful, and I appreciate that.
I talked to NUMEROUS people at least 5, to see why my mortgage went up 200.00 per month . This is ridiculous, its always gone up 40 to 50 dollars because of taxes or insurance. This is really not a good time to increase it that much. All the people I spoke to couldn't answer why only that my insurance went up. Ok yes it went up NOT 200.00 a month !!!! Never heard of such an increase ever !!! So because of Your lack of paying attention to my account I'm paying for your screw up !!! I'm not happy !!
MY COMPLAINTS HAVE NOT GONE UNANSWERED. WHETHER COINCIDENTALLY OR NOT, THE FEES THAT I WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT HAVE DISAPPEARED AS OF MY LATEST STATEMENT. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR TAKING THE TIME TO INVESTIGATE AND CORRECT THEM. I AM SURE THAT THE COMPLAINTS MADE BY ME HAD MULTIPLE REPERCUSSIONS UP AND DOWN THE CHAIN OF COMMAND. SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO SHAKE UP THE TROOPS. THANK YOU.

As soon as I hit submit my phone started getting bombarded by calls and text messages. I was just trying to look at rates on their website not get intense pressure from tons of companies.
