I live in Israel and ordered the machine to help sweaty hands and feet. the website said it would be 6-10 business days for international expedited shipping - which I paid for. This was 5 and a half weeks ago. I reached out to the company and said I want a refund. They said they would open an investigation with the USPS and get back to me. I replied that I want a refund, not an investigation. They have so far not gotten back in touch with me, although more than a week has passed. I opened a dispute with my credit card company. I hope this will all be sorted out - but it is extremely frustrating - and shows VERY poor customer service.

The tracking information still shows the package moving through the postal network, but we recognize that does not change the difficulty of your experience. We have refunded your order, and we apologize for the inconvenience and for not providing the level of communication you expected.
Anytime I have a question, I communicate with customer service through email and they are always very quick getting back to me and professional. A couple months ago I changed the Purewick catheter to the Flex Purewick catheter and they accidentally sent the regular. When I notified them, they immediately got back with me and sent me the correct supply along with a self-addressed pre-paid package for me to put the wrong box into to send back. It was easy and efficient!

The Purewick has mad a different to my health. I have heart problems and I use the Purewick at night and I don’t have to get up and worry about falling. It’s made a difference to my sleep. Sleeping better. I would recommend Purewick to other people.
