We had an excellent experience at the Raymour & Flanigan store in Rockaway, NJ, thanks to Ally Davaria! She was absolutely amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. We had lots of questions and even tried several different mattresses. Ally took the time to explain the differences, answer every question thoroughly, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel pressured. Because of her outstanding customer service and expertise, we felt confident in our decision and ended up making a purchase. She truly made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. If you’re shopping at the Rockaway store, I highly recommend asking for Ally.
